3. Estimates and Proposals

Preliminary cost estimates generated via our website or initial phone discussions represent non-binding projections based on typical market conditions. Binding agreements require on-site architectural evaluation, detailed material specification, and mutually signed project contracts.

4. Client Portal & Account Security

Authorized clients are granted access to our proprietary Client Portal for invoice tracking, project progress logs, and communication. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

5. Intellectual Property

All architectural renderings, 3D design models, portfolio photography, and written materials presented on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of Assist Renovation LLC.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kings County (Brooklyn), New York.
